Laura Ray coordinates Law Library outreach to CSU colleges and organizations, alumni, CLE organizers, and the medical-legal community, as well as coordinates Law Library instructional programs and provides in-class and online research instruction for College of Law and selected CSU graduate courses. She also publishes Law Library Research Guides, provides Law Library reference services, creates displays for College of Law events, and advises on Law Library collection development for health care law materials. Before coming to CSU|Law in 1989, Laura was the librarian at the Northeast Ohio Multipurpose Arthritis Center, a NIH-funded research center directed by the renowned Doctor Roland Moskowitz. Laura's research interests include the audiovisual enhancement of learning, eLearning, educational design and learning styles, as well as 18th-19th century America, particularly antebellum slave health issues. She has presented numerous workshops and lectures at national and regional library and medical conferences, and has been an active member of law-related and rheumatology professional associations, for decades.
