Ariel Newman (she/they) is the Student Services & Reference Librarian at the UMKC School of Law. She has taught both introductory and advanced legal research courses, as well as hosted workshops on various research topics. She earned her J.D. from Mercer Law School and her M.L.I.S. from North Carolina Central University.
