Before joining Penn State Dickinson Law, Sabrina worked at both Columbia Law School and Cornell Law School. During those years she observed and contributed to several instances of succession planning and their outcomes --- including her departure from each institution! She firmly believes that succession planning must be an ongoing effort in a library, not something that is only thought of when the need arises.
