Geraldine Amparo Cepeda serves as the Executive Director/Librarian of the Guam Law Library, as part of her responsibilities as the Compiler of Laws. She is a graduate of San Jose State University (MLIS) and the William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai`(JD). She is a member of the American Association of Law Libraries and the International Association of Law Libraries. She is the Secretary and Education Committee Chair of the Association of Reporters of Judicial Decisions, a professional organization comprised of official Reporters and staff, responsible for editing and publishing appellate judicial opinions in print and online format.
