The number of law librarian position applications is down and the cost of the credentials necessary to enter the profession is up. What are those in the profession doing to combat the problem? Join the collaborative leaders of LIPA, MALLCO, and NELLCO (LMN) for a discussion about the future of the profession. We will be talking about the debate over credentialing requirements, avenues for development of future law librarians and staff, and alternative pathways to the profession.

Informal "Discussion Den" chats will be held throughout the conference in addition to regular programs. Designed to be conversational rather than presentational, these 45-minute dialogues are an opportunity to brainstorm, sound off, and share challenges, experiences, and ideas in a smaller, informal setting.
