Charles Vogl will discuss time-tested principles for growing effective and connected communities and explain the power of invitations. If 10 percent of your colleagues engaged in 15-minute conversations with newer law librarians, how would that change a newer librarian’s experience at the Conference? When we become aware of the power of invitation, we can recognize just how easily accessible it is to connect people we care about in ways that make them stronger.
