Health & Safety Requirements

We look forward to convening in Boston. The health and safety of everyone who attends AALL 2023 is our top priority, and the conference will be held in a safe and clean environment. We are carefully tracking all the latest health and safety guidance for large group gatherings from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the Massachusetts Department of Health, and the Hynes Convention Center.

AALL 2023 participants will be required to acknowledge the following statement at the time of registration: REGISTRANT AGREES TO FOLLOW ALL HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES ANNOUNCED BY AALL AND/OR THE FACILITY PRIOR TO AND DURING THE EVENT. REGISTRANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THEY ARE ATTENDING AALL 2023 VOLUNTARILY AND ENTIRELY AT THEIR OWN RISK. REGISTRANT RELEASES AND WAIVES EVERY CLAIM OF EVERY KIND AND DESCRIPTION THEY MIGHT HAVE AGAINST AALL and AMERICAN CONFERENCE INSTITUTE, INC. (ACI), AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ILLNESS, DAMAGES, OR INJURY WHATSOEVER THAT THEY MAY INCUR IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR ATTENDANCE AT AALL 2023, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AS A RESULT OF EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 OR THE MANNER IN WHICH AALL 2023 IS CONDUCTED. THE FOREGOING RELEASE AND WAIVER SHALL BE INTERPRETED IN THE BROADEST MANNER. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH RELEASE AND WAIVER SHALL EXLUDE AALL AND ACI FROM LIABILITY OF ANY KIND THAT MAY BE BASED ON NEGLIGENT ACTS OR OMISSIONS ON THEIR PART OR BY ANY ONE OR MORE OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES OR AGENTS.
